Should I be concerned about the freshness and quality of products selected for me, like dairy, meat and produce?
You can be assured that your personal shopper will select your order will with your best interests at heart. They pick the longest 'best before' dates, the crispest and freshest produce and best cuts of meat. After all, they sign their name to the order and want you to be 100% satisfied!

What about pricing? Is it the same as in the store?
Yes, product prices are the same as if you shopped in person. This includes advertised and manager's in-store specials. You will receive the prices that are in effect at the time your order is processed. Please note that in the rare case of a price discrepancy, the till price will be taken as correct.

What is the cost of this service?
There is a fee added separately to each order we shop for you, which includes delivery within the shopping service boundaries.

Where are your online shopping service areas?
We currently deliver to anywhere in the USA & Canada When you register, we ask for your Postal Code to verify if you're within our delivery boundaries. If your postal code isn't accepted, yet, please contact us for more information.

Can I pick up my order if I live outside of the delivery area?

Yes, we can also prepare your order for pick-up at our location.
Can I order for friends or family even though I live out of the delivery area?
Yes. In fact, we receive orders from all over the world for people who live within the delivery area. When you order, please use the postal code of the person receiving the order.

What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay with your Debit card, Visa or MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, enRoute, JCB. For security, we do not store any credit card information on this site.

What time should I place an order?

Your online store is open 24 hours a day – you can place an order after work the night before, and we'll have your order ready for the next day! For Same-day delivery, place your order by 11:00am Monday through Friday. Limited delivery times are available, so order early!
